This month I’m back East to join soul-sister collaborator Jessica Caplan for Sonic Saturday at Pure Yoga West NYC. Together we’ll weave a heart-centered meditative soundscape of Himalayan and crystal bowls, voice, medicine melodies, charango, tuning forks, shrutti box, chimes, and other world and shamanic instruments.
Our sound bath incorporates instruments with healing frequencies to re-tune body and mind, encourage relaxation, and stimulate the imagination to go on an inward journey. This transformative, deeply meditative 90-minute experience of sound and music opens with breath work to set up body and mind for relaxation. You're then guided into a supported restorative pose, allowing you to melt into the soothing waves of vibration.
Come get blessed up for this special NYC sound bath!
