full-body listening—
openS us to new possibilities of attunement,
Rest, vitality, and connection

Engaged practices using the voice, breath, and deep listening
are accessible, profound tools for healing and beauty.

These unique sound meditation experiences offer
a distinct blend of enrapturing melody,
dynamic musicality, and healing resonance.

Immersive soundscapes of transporting vocals,
resonant instrumentation, and layered sonic textures
guide participants into deep calm, presence,
and quiet wonder.

Sound and music connect us directly to our inner world, and our divine nature—
our natural state of being— that is, centered, expansive, dynamic and awake.

Science has now proven that a meditation practice produces elevated states of awareness, resilience, neuroplasticity, and creativity. Including increased gray-matter density —important for learning and memory—compassion and introspection (Harvard 8-week study). Studies show that meditation using Himalayan singing bowls in fact reduces stress, fatigue, anger, depression, blood pressure and heart rate more than silent meditation alone, and particularly for new practitioners.

Indigenous cultures have long understood the power of sound as medicine through song, dance, ritual and trance experiences. Toning, chanting, and deep listening practices can rewire the brain, and rebalance body, mind, and emotions—as well as re-mapping the nervous system. Through simple practices, we can discover how sound and listening can a literally transform space —inner and outer— both physically and psychologically.

Transporting, gentle concerts help you deepen your meditation practice.

Lokah is the first single release of the upcoming work Altar. Enter a sonic dreamscape— cosmic and intimate. A sonic journey weaving etherial singing, layered with world procession and shamanic influences. The arrangement of this manta, Lokah Samasta Sukino Bavantu, emerged as channeled melodies, a deep call for peace and freedom. Cypress’ signature vocals evoke a nuanced blend of enrapturing melody, dynamic musicality, and healing resonance. * Co-produced with Robb Torres, percussion guest Joss Jaffe, Mastered at Capitol Records.

adi shakti

Adi Shakti is the second single from the upcoming album Altar. Enter an eight minute musical journey of transcendent harmonies, percussion, and sonic texture threaded by mantra. This nuanced Sanskrit mantra and my arrangement that emerged from it, are parallel explorations of primal divine feminine energy. Shakti's embodiments of strength, power, love, and protectiveness— ultimately unfolding into her most refined, subtle forms. Her vast expressiveness and cyclical evolution, expressed through the deliberate pacing and layered instrumentation. Mantra infused with shamanic underpinnings, and influenced by plant medicine practices.
